How do I find my size?
For a ring, measure the finger you plan to wear it on and compare it with the size guide. Measure at the end of the day, when hands are at their largest. Earrings are listed by drop length on their own pages.
How should I look after a piece?
Put jewellery on last, after scent and lotion, and take it off first. Wipe it with a dry soft cloth after wearing, then keep it dry and separate from other pieces.
Can I wear these in water?
Take pieces off before swimming, showering or sleeping. Chlorine, salt water and friction shorten the life of any jewellery finish.
How do I change or cancel an order?
Write to us with your order number as soon as you can. We will tell you whether the order has already been packed.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
Destinations, delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout for the address you enter.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns and refund terms are set out in the store policies linked in the footer. Read them before you order.
Do I need an account to order?
No. You can check out without one. Accounts are handled by Shopify, so signing in takes you to their page and brings you back.
